Excellent hotel in Rhode Island
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The check in/out process could not have been any easier since everything was done via Expedia. We stayed at the same hotel for 10 nights and would stay there again because of the location and because of the staff.,,especially when we arrived in the middle of the night. They were ready for us!

Nice rooms, cold pool
Although I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the room, I was disappointed (as were my 2 kids)in the cold pool and pool area. I don’t know if it was a cost cutting measure, but the water was freezing, and the air in the pool area was just as cold.

Nice placeto stay. Nothing luioriou. Pool and hot tub did not work.
Nice hotel in ok location. Distance to providence was about 15 min which was somewhat inconvenient, but we were away from all the commotion of the city. I booked at this hotel solely for the pool and hot tub.....They were both "under routine maintainance" durring my entire stay......How convenient!

This hotel was a nice place to stay for the money. The room and the decor of the entire hotel was very nice.
