nice hotel, good service, nice pool
We had a nice 2 night stay at this resort in early October. Our deluxe room was nice--quite large, but the sitting room had minimal furniture, so we had to rent an additional bed. A couch would have been nice. 2 bathrooms was great and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and took advantage of the spa (there was a sale!).
We rented bikes from the nice woman across the street (Miss Lan I think). She has helmets for the kids and we biked to the nearby beach. The town is great and a quick and very cheap taxi ride away. Lots of great restaurants and cute shops for souvenirs. We went to the public beach but there is a private beach so I’d suggest trying that first. We had a lot of hawkers trying to sell us junk at the beach.

Customer Service is awful
The customer service was the worst I have ever had. They outright lie to you. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay somewhere else.
