Great staff and excellent food
the only one complaint I have is that the air condition was not working and made everything humid and damp in the room. not one spot in the hotel was there air condition. the staff was great the food was excellent. if someone could suggest to the manager that the staff should be in short sleeve uniforms considering the temperature and condition that they must work in. its not appealing having a dripping waiter so please make it a point to try and have their uniforms changed!! thank you.

Like a hot room? This is your place.
We were here in Sept. 2008 & it was a good time.....not perfect, but good, so we returned in Sept. 2009. The largest complaint: they turn off the cooling system between midnight and 5 a.m. Outside air blows, but it is over 80 degrees and that is simply too hot to be able to sleep well. We could actually feel the air come on at 5 a.m. every morning. Calls to the front desk accomplish nothing.

riu palace very nice
Hotel was very nice me and my husband stay for 5 days and is was great,best part the food that was very good,people are very nice, we have a very good time
