Fantastic Time
Room had a great Gulf view. Beach was not crowded. Room very clean. Not much noise. Will stay again.

We had one of the most relaxing vacations ever and can’t wait to go back.
The only thing we were a little dismayed with was that when we checked out a cleaning fee was added to our bill. I didn’t read the fine print and just wanted to caution future guests that it is attached. We still enjoyed our stay very much and will return but it did irritate us. I think it should be more visible to people so they aren’t surprised like we were.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Visit Buster’s for oysters on the half-shell and happy hour. It is a local hangout and is within walking distance. We also enjoyed Pompano Joe’s for lunch. I wouldn’t recommend the Crab Trap. More aptly put: The Tourist Trap. Do visit Destin and check out the seafood markets. Destin Seafood had wonderful fresh fish and great Buckhead beef. Sexton’s Seafood had fresh shrimp and a wonderful selection.
