The beach is gorgeous!
PROS: All of the rooms face the gulf. We were on the sixth floor and the views were great. The water is very close to the condo so you don’t have to walk far. Chairs and umbrellas were available. Okaloosa Island is so beautiful! CONS:I don’t understand why kitchens are never furnished with teflon pans. It was impossible to cook anything without it sticking. I will bring my own pan with me next time. The first and possibly the second floors do not have a good view because of the dunes.

McGuire’s Irish Pub in Destin. The food is excellent and the portions are enormous. Think about sharing. Don’t miss the Senate bean soup.
