Outstanding location. Will return next year.
Very well maintained. Great decorating. Free beach umbrellas and chairs was one of the benefits we enjoyed most. The people maintaining the beach amenities i.e. banana boat rides, parasail, seadoos were very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay
Our unit was clean and inviting...we had definitely arrived at the beach! Being so close in proximity to St Andrews State Park was definitely a plus! We didn’t realize there would be free DVD rentals, as well as a free daily use of the beach chairs with umbrella. The downside was the wait for the elevators. One day one was down for an unknown amount of time and that was not good, especially at the busy hours of check-in/out. It was difficult having to make multiple trips because there weren’t luggage carts to be found, although they are available. (I think people were hiding them in their rooms if they planned to leave.) Smelled like a beach hotel :)
We had a 1 bedroom with bunks in the hallway, and a FULLY equipped kitchen, so we were able to cook some meals. DO NOT go to the Walmart...the most dreadful I’ve been to, it was a zoo! Better to go to the smaller stores like Publix, less hassle. Definitely go to the state park. The Sea Screamer was a bargain and a treat for the kids...they get to drive the boat! The smaller "dives" serve way better food than the bigger commercialized ones.
