Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel with a great location. The satff is friendly and the hotel has an elevator. Reasonably priced with nice amenities. I would go back anytime.
he hotel is impossible to get to on your own. If you are driving, park somewhere and walk to the Basilica of San Francesco. The hotel is across the street. They will give you directions on where to park as well as a parking pass. Do not under any circumstances try to drive in Assisi. GPS is almost totally useless there.

Rooms are very small and clean. Breakfast was a disappointment as bread was stale
Hotel position is fantastic. Staff on reception were helpful and parking was available outside the town. Double bedroom was tiny also en suite. Breakfast was terrible, bread stale, fruit was not fresh.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Assisi is well worth a visit as it is a very spiritual place. Find somewhere else to stay.
