The customer service was outstanding. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

A wonderful location
This is one of La Quinta’s best. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and they even put bottled water in the refrigerator for you. The indoor pool is large, and the small spa is just the right temperature. The free breakfast includes cooked eggs and bacon. The staff are uniformly cheerful and helpful. My only complaint is that there was some noise leakage from the room above me. It’s a bit removed from town, and restaurants (if Denny’s and Jack in the Box aren’t of interest to you), but I always enjoy my stays here.

There’s free high-speed internet in every room and a phone on the large desk (which also has an office-type chair).

Did not honor room type reservation
I reserved a smoking room, and when I arrived, was told that it was not available. Instead, the hotel offered me a suite for more money just to get a smoking room. I will never stay there again. The front desk was unconcerned with my request.
