Nice place for a family, and kids
We arrived on a Sat am after cruise and found the lines to check in the hotel very long. They gave us a buzzer to come back when room was available. They had a large waiting room, whereas cold drinks were provided as well as a playroom for little ones. There was about 100 people there. The room was great with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The room showed quality of materials and was comfortable. Maid service cleaned every day and provided new towels. The pool areas were very disappointing. We saw many people arrive at 8am, lay down towels on 3 or more chairs and take off until later in the day. Our family of 6 arrived to find no chairs avail at 8:30 am. and only 1/3 were occupied. The food is expensive but good, your paying for the convenience of not leaving the site. I would be interested in staying again there.
Visit the local grocery store for a few staples or the ABC store. We were able to stock up on chips, drinks and milk/cereal. There is a Pizza, ice cream and coffee store on the grounds ++++. The kids loved the koi and ponds. The beach and grounds were well kept. The waterslide closes at 5pm and bring arm floaties for little ones under 4’, for access to slide. We bought inflatable tubes and enjoyed the surf and lagoon. Everything seems to start early and end early evening.

Great Stay
The staff was friendly and helpful. Staying on the beach with a kitchen was perfect with our kids. We were able to cook and go out.

Awesome hote
Wonderful hotel. Only complaint is the pricey onsite restaurants. Also be prepared to spend a lot of time walking or commuting onsite. However it is stil worth it.
