Very Impressed
The hotel was very clean and nice. Friendly and helpful staff and spacious rooms, the beds were wonderful.

I was there to see a concert at the Times Union Center so the hotel couodn’t have been closer, so it was perfect.

Great location - good food - quiet rooms
The location is convenient, easy walk to museum, city center, entertainment and transportation. We liked the restaurant. Room service, valet, front desk personel, were intermittent, possibly due to the fact there were not very many guests even though it was spring break.

I was stuck in Albany when my flight was cancelled. I booked this hotel. It was a pleasant surprise. Friendly and immaculate. Walking distance to many retaurants. Vey comfortable roo.
