Ok if you’re staying overnight
This hotel was an adequate fit if you’re only going to be staying one or two nights and not spending that much time in your room. The room wasn’t all that clean, but it can be slept in for a night. The complementary breakfast was nice.

very nice hotel
hotel rooms are a bit small, but they are clean. i was travelling by myself so this wasn’t much of a concern. the people that work there are very nice and helpful, most spoke english very well. coffee, juice, baquettes and croissonts were given for breakfast. oh, and the best part is that it is so close to the porte de vinnnence metro on the 1 line. a definite plus if you are going to your hotel after a late night.

Bad even for a cheap hotel in Paris
I’ve stayed at many inexpensive (by Paris standards) hotels in Paris area. Don’t expect a lot, but this hotel really dissapointed more than I would have expected. Elevator is the worst I have seen. Can barely fit one person with one medium suitcase. No a/c is expected, but the mgmt wouldn’t turn on the heat to save money even though it was less 50 degrees farenheit outside and not much warmer in the room. The two pluses of this hotel is that it has free Internet and it is close to the #1 line Metro. But the wifi is so slow that it was useless at times. The front desk can’t speak much English and not willing to help you, so you are on your own.
