Completely Unfriendly Place
We picked this place because we drove ourselves to visit Chichen Itza after spending a few days in Tulum and just needed somewhere close to stay before driving back to the airport the following day. The room is decent for the price and the only reason I would recommend it is because it is convenient and close to Chichen Itza. But when we arrived, the reception guy was completely unfriendly and unhelpful, he could not be any more unwelcoming if he tried. That was how all the service at the hotel was. Our room was mediocre comfortable but smelled like bug spray when we went in. Probably the most positive thing about the room was the AC. We had breakfast the next day before leaving and the restaurant staff was extremely slow and the food was below mediocre. Also, the reception didn’t know much about other activities in the area (even though the brochure said they did). We wouldn’t recommend staying there because other than Chichen Itza, there really was nothing else to do in that area.

Good to stay some nights, but...
We noticed a little pb: the pool is ’closed’ after 07pm :-/

Hard beds, ok restaraunt, friendly staff
There aren’t many places to pick from in Piste, this hotel worked fine. The biggest selling point was the friendly staff. The food was so-so, and the beds were hard, but the room was clean and quiet and met my needs.
