Galveston Vacation
The hotel was very clean, rooms were nice and the price was great. The staff was extremely nice. Loved the fresh baked cookies!!

Good Value
The beach is just a short walk, breakfast adequate, hotel very clean and staff couldnt have been friendlier. Pillow shortage made the room not as comfortable as it could have been. Back door did not unlock with room key so we had to walk to the front of the hotel each time we went inside. Regardless, a very good value.

Great Stay: Bad Front Desk Person Attitude
Had some friction with the front desk lady Lorie. The lady behaved unreasonably (slammed the door on me, hung up the phone on me..). Not acceptable at all. Also learn to be polite in speech. Specifically, when I made a suggestion, her response was "I know what to do and she hung up". Instead if she had replied "I am aware of what needs to be done, will keep you posted", that is very customer friendly. If your job requires customer interaction, and you are having a bad day, please stay at home. Dont vent it on customers. She sort of made up for it which was nice of her. But still, any impolite speech must be avoided at all times.
