Getting there: Yellow taxis are available at the airport and the fare to the hotel should be around US $25. Buses to the city centre are available from the airport roundabout about one kilometre from the terminal building. The blue and white OCFTC buses numbers 7 and 10 go to Beirut city. All prices subject to change.

Driving directions:From the airport, take Al Assad motorway to Barbir Street, then take Damascus road (left). Before reaching the Sodeco area, at the USJ (University St. Joseph), follow signs to to Hotel De Ville.

Getting around: Beirut is well-served by a network of buses throughout the city; these can be hailed in the street. Buses and minibuses to destinations north of Beirut depart from Charles Helou bus station. Destinations in the south are served by the Cola transport hub. Taxis are plentiful throughout Lebanon and are a popular way of getting around.
