Quality terrible for price.
Overpriced for the quality. I have stayed at other courtyards and this one doesn’t live up to name. Smokers hanging out in doorway was also horrible for a non-smoker.

Pros spacious rooms good location free parking free internet Cons Small closet, not much place to put your things Can not get anywhere without a car (shopping is 20 min walk)

Very impressed with service.
great location close to Aventura Mall and close to the beach. Clean room and bathroom. Quick service when requested an extra bed in the room.
