Suite Hotel - not quite what a person from the US might expect.
Let me start by saying that I love this Hotel and have stayed there frequently and will continue to do so. However; as someone who often stays in suite type hotels in the US, one learns that everything is not always as expected. While the suite comes with a "fully equipped kitchen", there are no utensils, plates, or glasses stocked in the cabinet. They must be requested on as a needed basis from the desk downstairs. this is slightly inconvenient if you eat in often are are having visitors stop by. Also the small wash cloths that are so common in hotels are also not provided and one must use the larger hand towels for bathing which get very wet and hard to manage. Paper towels for the kitchen or facial tissue are also not provided. These are small annoyances that are only noticed because of what one has come to expect. The service, hospitality, suites with balconies, great views, and very reasonable prices (breakfast is included)make this hotel a gem among some very over rated and expensive behemoths. For the business traveler this is a must.
