A pearl in the heart of Lisbon
My parents and I stayed here for three days. It was probably the best hotel experience we had in Europe. We’re surprised it’s not a 5-star hotel. The hotel was close to the city center (5 minutes walking) and the train station. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated (especially the bathroom) and even had a DVD player and flat screen TV. The staff were very courteous and attentive. There is also a library in the hotel, where you could print from the internet for free -- huge plus, in my opinion -- and there are also magazines and books in different languages, in case you need some reading material. We definitely will return to the hotel on our next trip to Lisbon!

Perfect location, wonderful service, room was great!
Location was great! Staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our room, it was warm, inviting and pleasantly decorated!

Great location and beautiful rooms! I couldn’t have been more pleased with it, it was everything I expected it to be.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The morning breakfast is way overpriced, it makes much more sense to grab food at a cafe down the street.
