I would stay here again. Very good hotel. My only complaint is parking is not convenient to rooms.

Decent Place to Stay
Clearly there are not any "high-quality" hotels in Branford, CT! The hotel was OK...lobby and breakfast area nice, but room - not so much. Bed was hard, pillows were OK, A/C sucked and our window didn’t have a screen if we wanted to open it and let some fresh air in. The towels were fluffy and nice, but barely big enough to fit around me (I’m a size 8) and we needed at least 2 more per day. Also found a cockroach in our tub... Overall, the hotel served it’s purpose in terms of a place to sleep, shower and get ready. We didn’t spend too much time in the room w/ the wedding were in town for and site-seeing.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Go to Stoney Creek for sure and take a cruise around the Thimble Islands on Mike’s two-tier boat. His was clearly the best. Also, eat at Lenny’s. It was pretty damn tasty! Other places: Madison Beach Hotel and Hammonasset Beach State Park. If you want to bike and brave traffic, route 146 is scenic and beautiful!
