Excellent customer service!
I stayed at this hotel the night before the Missouri State cross country meet, with a group of teenage girls, to watch their teammate compete and the service that I received from the front desk was above and beyond any expectations. Even though the hotel was busy, the night person at the desk accomodated any requests that I had and even allowed my girls a little extra time at the pool, since we had arrived so late. With any luck, we will be going to State again next year and I will be going back to this hotel because of the outstanding treatment we were given.

Good for biz travel
Helpful concierge desk, clean facilities, and set up well for business travelers. High speed internet access worked well. My only issue as far as business travel goes is that there is no restaurant, so no room service. Depending on the time when you get in, it can be difficult to find a place that will deliver to your room if you don’t feel much like going out for food.
