Convenience, price & service top notch
The hotel was excellent for our purposes (catching a plane.) Unfortunately, they had no record of our reservation when we arrived. Staff was very helpful in resolving this problem

Good Value near O’Hare
The free shuttle was useful. I got a great rate. The room was good enough as a place to land after flying all day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
