Will not Return
The heat did not work and it took 3 room changes before we were accommendated and for the inconvience we recieved free movie rental .. wow, not impressed.

Fair day
The hotel was nice but the there were some problems. The room door only worked every now and then and I had to keep going downstairs to get the key reactivated. The pool was closed for most oif our stay and this was the main reason that we stayed at this location for the kids to swim.

wonderful place to stay; great breakfasts
This hotel is in a terrific location, very convenient to many restaurants, shopping, the expressway. Clean throughout. Nicely decorated. Best omlette at bkfst I’ve ever had! Delightful indoor swimming pool. Friendy staff. Free parking. Comfy beds & linens. Loved it. And, loved the price!

Very impressed
We only stayed 1 night, but would have enjoyed staying longer. Very convenient location and very pleasant atmosphere. Loved it!

Great Stay
Great new, clean hotel. Well decorated and very comfortable. Would have liked some type of complimentary breakfast. I realize they have a restaurant, but $10 for breakfast is way too much.

close to interstate and shopping
Had a very nice lobby to meet friends and wait for others to arrive. The breakfast was nice in that you could order items. Even though it was not a complimentary breakfast, it was convenient and quite good.

Nice Business Class or Short Stay
The free WiFi and business office are nice amenities and the small gym make this a great place to stay near Columbia.

Quiet couple get away
The stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. We had a room with a jetted tub and it was wonderful. The bed could be adjusted to comfort levels on each side. The rooms were very clean. The hotel offered a great breakfast and dinner. This was a very good stay and we are planning to go back again.
Traveler's tip on shopping
The area is surrounded by good places to eat and shop. There is the Columbiana Center Mall within walking distance. There is also a movie theater less than 2 minutes up the street.

Fairly Good Hotel
This hotel was booked for an overnight stay for me and my wife on our honeymoon night on our way to Charleston. The bed sheets had a stain on them that was still extrememly wet and seemed to be recently overlooked. We called for new sheets and when they arrived we had to put them on ourselves, only to find out that the stain was coming from soaking through from a wet mattress. The front desk was not very friendly, and everything is at an extra charge (razors, toothbrushes, etc.) nothing is complimentary. The location was good and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. The staff and service could have made the expereience 1000 times better if they would have made an effort to.
