Cockroach Hotel
I was supposed to stay in this hotel two nights. Found ROACHES the first night and would not stay second night with my little kids. Ewwww. I even killed and saved one to show to manager. But the manager refused to authorize Expedia.com to refund money for night I didn’t stay.

okay hotel
this hotel is no where to stay for a long period of time. My husband and our two kids stayed here for 6 days and I had to have another room due to the bottom floor room having a lot of problems. We got their and was not their 20 min and my kids feet were black from the floor..The rooms smell very stale. The shower went from hot to cold everytime I showered. All the rooms are different..I complained to the front desk and they were able to let me move so I went and looked at 3 other rooms. This is a Old hotel..does not look like the pics. Pics look so much better. Breakfest was very good and people at front desk were also very nice but if I were to go to the smoky mts again I would not stay here again. it is far from the national park but close to wal mart and places to eat.

nice pool
table was broken. made reservation to get the first floor, got there and they would not give it to me, got third floor but at least they had an elevator. this was are 2nd stay here
you will not get bored in this town and good food.
