A wonderful stay in Houston

Our whole experience at the Hampton Inn at 1960 / Hwy 249 was exceptional. The service, the room everything was a very nice experience. Our hotel stay was a gift for Christmas from family in the area. The free breakfast was very nice, a variety of items offered each morning. The people were so nice and friendly. Shopping at Willowbrook Mall was so convenient, there was a large variety of dining places in the area. Our room was very comfortable and nice. It was a very pleasant stay and would stay again when we’re in the area.

Willowbrook Mall is within walking distance. Several very nice stores to shop.

Refrigerator

We loved everything about the hotel except for one thing. My husband is diabetic and insulin dependent. We were not able to get a refrigerator in our room for the insulin. The hotel staff was very friendly about helping us put the insulin in the hotel refrigerator, however when you need four shots per day - not as convenient as having it in our room. We get a little worried about the temperature anyway with a different refrigerator, and not all that comfortable with someone else being in charge of medication. Trustworthy as they were. All worked out OK, but would have felt a little more secure being in charge of the insulin.
