hotel under renovation
This hotel is under major renovation. We had to share the one working elevator with 25 construction workers. On one occasion we waited 20 minutes. The stairs were full of workers and wet paint. This hotel COULD be nice after renovation.

Nice Upper East Side neighborhood. Good restaurants close by.

Convenient to Central Park and Art Museums
Comfortable and convenient, staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious (not the Best Western bad cereal and waffle bar).

Small but comfortable room
Room is small, but comfortable. It only has a window air conditioner which will not cool the bathroom unless you leave the door open. Our room also did not have a clock. However, the room was cleaned well everyday. The staff was very helpful and professional. The TV does not have pay per view option. Only stay here if you are not planning on staying in your room alot.
Space is very limited in this hotel. It is very convenient to Central Park. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Quiet atmosphere. No games or pay per view.
