Would recommend
Hotel was nice, quiet 2 br apt w/full kitchen and 2 baths. Perfect for fam of 4. Apt offered comfort and convenience. Staff friendly. Convenient to tram. Very secure building. Easy access to main roads. Unfortunately, our unit ran out of hot water and no one avail to answer our call. We had an early flight and forced to take a short, very cold shower the next day. Pet peeve -BR/LR doors didn’t stay open in apt. Would recommend verifying upon arrival how to reset hotwater tank in case you need it. 24 hr contact number didn’t work.
I’d recommend using the local trams to get around vs driving into the city and make the tourist center your first stop to help plan out your day/tours through them and to see all options avail. We found that two full days in Dublin was enough time for us to see the city. Guinness tour was family friendly.

Size great, location awful
Unless you are there for business only in Sandyford, then you should not stay here. after 8 PM at night there is nothing near by that is open. no resturants, no stores, and nothing to do for entertainment without a hike into down town Dublin.
