Oh Where, Oh Where is the Airport Shuttle?
I booked the Hilton while returning from a deployment to Iraq and thought I was in for a relaxing first night back in the States, boy was I surprised. When I arrived at BWI I retrieved my luggage and exited door 17 to catch a shuttle - as did almost every service member returning that day. I watched 30-40 guys get into shuttles for other hotels and waited patiently thinking the Hilton would send theirs - Nope! I went back inside and called the Hilton and informed them that I had a reservation and needed the shuttle, they informed me that the shuttle would be there in about 5 minutes - ok! Well, after another 15-20 mins and no shuttle I attempted to call again but saw a shuttle with Hilton on it and quickly flagged it down - only to find out that it was not BWI Hilton but one of the chain’s other facilities. I asked the driver to take me to the BWI since it was almost 5AM and about 30degrees outside and was tired of waiting. He agreed to drop me off there where I was unsurprised to see the shuttle sitting unattended in the drive. It is a great hotel - Just don’t count on the shuttle to pick you up!!!!!!

Great Place to Stay
I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. It wasn’t a trip for me - just a get away weekend for my 40th Bday and IT WAS AWESOME. The indoor pool and hot tub - SO RELAXING - CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK.....

Where is the cleaning crew??
I’ve a Hilton customer for many years and was definitely surprised by what I witnessed. One, I had to pay $6.95 for a 15 minute block to use the computer in the business office. I was told that they have a outside vendor that actually handles this service (well, Hilton hired them!). We came back from a Raven’s game and our room was still not cleaned (after 4pm!). I would actually continue to be a hilton customer, but I will not go to this one.
