This hotel provided everything that we needed or wanted. Each "office" was terrific.
We are more than eighty years old. The "handicap" bath and room were just marvelous. We were on the first floor - able to reach everything. "She" enjoyed the pool alone and later with family who visited. The food and prices in the dining room were wonderful. The lobbly was spacious - able to accommodate many diverse groups. We used the "car" from airport to hotel and return with a most courteous Jamaican driver who was knowledgeable and caring. We would place this hotel at or near the top of all that we have used in years.

use caution
While I stayed at this crown plaza it was probably the worst hotel experience of my life. I stay in hotels very regularly, so I believe I have a good feel on what to expect. 1-The night reminder for room service the next day was never picked up, even when I called the night before to remind them. 2-The access to the movie channels was a joke, it took them over 48hr’s to get it turned on for me. 3- The walls where so paper thin than when anyone in the hall walked by I could hear their conversations clearly, and when anyone flushed the toilet in the room above, it sounded as a freight train was coming though my room, and wake me up even with ear plugs.

The service was very good. The hotel is nicely appointed with clean, well kept rooms. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful.
