Spacious, great for a family
Well located on top of a shopping mall. Near subway station. All suite-hotel with large rooms and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, providing good advice on what to do.

Excellent location and value
My room was much bigger than I had expected. It was really nice. The bathroom was designed and furnished thoughtfully. I wasn’t expecting to have a view, but the balcony and the view of Dubai was an unexpected benefit. The fact that you’re connected to the Bur Juman Center and the fitness center is really convenient.
Traveler's tip on shopping
The BurJuman Arjaan is connected to the BurJuman Center, so if you have shopping to do - the location is very convenient. Secondly, the taxi drivers know the hotel as the BurJuman Rotana since it is part of the Rotana chain of hotels. If you tell them BurJuman Arjaan they get a bit confused.

Great Rooms - Basic, Normal Hotel Services
This hotel is great for people who are looking for a luxury hotel and want basic, normal hotel services. All the rooms are two-room suites. This hotel doesn’t have a big fancy lobby or a lot of restaurants or gift shops. It is connected to the Burjuman Mall, which has designer stores, restaurants and a fantastic workout facility, which provides free access to hotel guests. It is also on the Dubai Big Bus Tour stop, which can help save money on taxis. If you are looking to be pampered with service, it probably isn’t for you. The hotel didnt seem to have a lot of staff but they were friendly. If you are looking for a luxury hotel with suite rooms and normal service, this will work great.

The Dubai Big Bus Tour is a great way to see the city while having the ability to get on and off the bus at various stops including the various malls, the beach, Dubai Creek and other tourist spots.
