Stay Here Every Time
I used to live in the Spokane area for schook but moved back to Seattle after graduation.Every time I come to visit friends in the Cheney area this is where I stay. I used to stay out in the Valley or Downtown, but this is much better! It’s a clean, new hotel with friendly staff and the rooms are very comfortable. The rooms are also well-insulated and the windows have good blackout curtains on them. Wifi is also easy to connect to, for those of us who travel with our technology!

Obnoxious guests
Let me start by saying that this hotel was very nice. It was clean and well-maintained. However, when we stayed here, there was also an 80-member high school band that arrived. They got in aroung midnight and went swimming at that time. We were unfortunate enough to have a room right above one of their rooms. They were extremely loud until about 5am. They were so loud they woke us up, and kept us awake. We, as well as several other guests, spoke to the hotel staff more than once about the noise level, and they did nothing. Further, upon checking out we requested a call from the manager, which we never got. The nice aspects of this hotel were just not worth it. The staff gave the impression that they just didn’t care about the rest of the guests.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
There were several other nice hotels on the same road as this one. We had no idea that there was an 80-member high-school band staying there until after we arrived and checked in. The noise volume was ridiculous.
