Not Impressed
The front desk staff is little to be desired...very impersonal; they made us feel like we were putting them out. The second day both our hotel room keys did not work and we had to take a significant hike down to the lobby to get them fixed. The bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept in and the pillows were equally terrible! Also, their slots are quite tight; we did better going up the street to Central City!
