Great location & tasty food!
The views and setting is impressive. Truly a vacation spot. The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help out in any way. The variety of breakfast items is excellent. The hotel restaurant is also very good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Bologna for an extended period of time.

pleasant hotel, but far from city center
This hotel is new and fresh, that is why I chose it...the room was very pretty...but the location was not in the city center, it was 15 euros by taxi every time we went to the city center. I would have preferred an older hotel, with maybe not quite as nice of a room, in the center so you could pop in and out. The overall service was friendly, but one night we wanted dessert and coffee in the main dining room,an hour before closing... and even though they had plenty of tables, they would not accomadate us, and sent us to the lobby.It would have been nice if they had wanted to make their customers happy. It was my birthday... Room service was not available very late either, and this is difficult with such an isolated hotel with nothing nearby. If they want to improve, they should offer a free shuttle to the city 4 or 5 times a day, and improve room service hours and offereings, and tell their staff how important it is to make the customer happy.

Nice facility but service is hit or miss
Some service staff are friendly and helpful, and some are not. Though the hotel lists "currency exchange" as a service, they refused to cash our traveler’s checks. One afternoon, we came back to find our room had not been made up (5PM). We are still trying to get the hotel to ship back a jacket we left behind. Their responsiveness on this has been very poor, and for these reasons I cannot recommend this hotel.
