Great breakfast
Excellent breakfast buffet selection ... only problem was the young chldren butting in and reaching over my plate .. however, that is not your problem.. it belongs to their parents ... I would definetely recomend this hotel ....

Hotel was just ok
Overall, the hotel room was decent. Until i pulled back the sheets to see that there were tiny spots of dried blood on the top sheet. Gross. It was directly beside the airport, didn’t have any issues with the noise of the planes. It was an easy drive to the Galleria mall and tops, etc.

Will think about going there again
Overall the hotel was OK. But we had problems for 2 nights with the elevator.One night I got stuck in the elevator.We were very tired from outing and we had to climb 2 storeys at 11 pm.After climbing the 2 storeys guess what worse could be in store for us ? The door keys won’t work. I had to come to down to front desk to get another set of keys and the front desk told me that if I had put the keys along with cell phone it won’t work.Next night again the same problem.My family was very tired and they had to wait at the door steps till I got the new keys. How come it can happen 2 nights in a row.On the last day morning while I was checking out the front desk guy shamelessly tells me that they had forgotten to activate the keys for 3 nights and so got deactivated every night. How can they so careless? The computer should clearly show them that we were staying for 3 nights right ? You guys need to talk to them about this issue. Totally I was not very happy staying there even though our previous stays with expedia hotels were lot better.
