Highly recommended
Very lovely hotel. Staff was extremely pleasant. Good continental breakfast. Two wishes for this hotel: Better lighting in the room and a softer chair to sit in to watch TV or read. i would still stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect Pick!
We stayed here because we were going to Silverado Theme Park and also wanted to spend some time in Coeur d’Alene. What a perfect pick! The hotel was super clean, staff was awesome. Breakfast was great! The hotel was pretty full by the end of the stay and there was plenty of breakfast for everyone. We enjoyed it so much we added a day to our stay! The resort is 5 minutes down the road and Silverwood is about 20 minutes away. There is a new mall right next door with a movie theater. We will definitely stay again!

crammed 6 of us into a room for 4
I booked the room (a large suite which was to have 2 queens and 1 pullout queen) for 6 people. 3 kids, 3 adults (one adult who is in a wheelchair). We were put in a room with two beds and a love seat. The woman at the front desk said, "well, you can put in your request but we can’t guarantee it." So after 5 hours of driving, with 5 more to come the next day, I slept on a loveseat with my feet dangling off and my kids crammed into one bed, while my eldery parents slept in another. I tried to book a second room but they were sold out. Hotel was completely uncooperative.
