Nice Location
nice location within walking distance of resturaunts,shops as well as nature trails along the water’s edge.Just across the street from "old town Folsom".We enjoyed our stay and would refer it to anyone visiting the area.

Front desk service is rediculous
This is a pretty good size hotel. Both at check in and check out they had ONE person manning both the front desk and phone. Check in took me almost 40 minutes as a person in the line’s vast collection of credit cards were declined one after another. That is NUTS. They gave me a really nice room and the hotel is nice, in a beautiful location. For me, I am a busy guy that absolutely hates crappy service and that is the first impression that ruined it all.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Don’t expect any food from the restaurant after 9PM. Even if you arrive at 8:40 and can’t get checked in until after 9 you are S.O.L.
