Great location, service, price and view
Decent breakfast was included. Internet turned out to be included for free (however there was no instructions in the room). Beautiful view of Wawel Castle. We are sure to revisit.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Hotel is equidistant from Sukiennice (Market Square) and Kazimierz (Old Jewish Quarter). From the hotel take a walk by the river Vistula and then across the bridge for great views and photos.

Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at
My experience at this hotel was terrible. The staff was rude, the accomidations unacceptable. Ive stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the worst. I told the front desk that our toilet continued to run after flushing right after we checked in. She asked my room number and I told her and she started arguing with me saying I didnt know my room number because it was impossible that that toilet could keep running. After looking up my room and seeing I was correct she said theyd fix it, which they didnt. When we got back at 11:30pm it was not fixed and after a maintenance guy spent 1/2 hour and couldnt fix it I told him to just leave the flusher taken apart and Id pull the valve back manually after we used it. They never offered to move us to another room. There was also NO SOAP in the room. They told me that the Economy room rate didnt include soap! I thought the Economy rate just didnt include breakfast. We had 3 rooms for our family of 6 and we all felt the same. It also had a very noisy air conditioner, I probably woke up 5 times. We had booked a double bed and it was 2 singles complete with bedding sheets and blanket pushed toghether. This was seriously much much much worse than the worst Motel 6 I stayed in 30 years ago at an airport location.

Krakow Gem
Medium sized, modern, excellent rooms, great staff, roof terrace with beautiful views, just a block from Wawalem Hill and Old City. Great value for the price.
