Very Positive Experience
Very positive experience. Great location between Tower Bridge and London Bridge on the South Bank. Nice spacious modern room. The breakfast was very good. I will stay there again on my next trip to London.

Hotel is a Safe Bet
This is definitely a safe bet if you are looking for a quality hotel in a good location. The tube station was no more than a block and a half away. There was also a small grocery store within a few steps and a variety of places to eat and drink nearby. If I returned to London this hotel would definitely be on the list. My only complaint was the room service food was not pleasing to my wife one night. We did not complain so the hotel was never aware of the food quality issue.

Unsatisfied customers
House keeping staff told us they only change sheets every other day! There are no kid’s channels on the TV, no parental controls. We stayed in deluxe double rooms, for the price, the service was poor.
This hotel does not offer any thing entertaining for kids. They dont even subscribe to kids channels, or offer any parental controls on the TV.
