Wouls Stay there again in a Heartbeat
The hotel satff was extremely friendly and hospitable. From the 2 brothers that run the hotel down to the bartender that was there every night int eh bar/pool area. They were always there with a welcoming smile and wanted to make sure that your stay was perfect. The rooms were very spacious and always kept clean. Even when the late nights in Porto Cervo don’t get you out of bed til noon, the room was always clean when getting back from the late afternoon at the beach.

Dolce Vita - a pleasant place
Depending on your needs...... If you want the 5 star business hotel - this may not be the place for you. But, I stayed at many of those.... Dolce Vita provides a very good personal service, you can really relax at this place! A small pool in the terrace allows you to eat your breakfast in a fantstic environment! Also, the staff is extremely friendly and al,ways try to meet your needs. As english speaking - no problem. It is not walking distance from Porto Cevro, but there are nearby restaurants that are really good. Make sure you get a reservation! Seeing the alternatives for Sardinia, this is a very pleasant hotel, the room was very small - but, who wants to stay in the room anyways in a place like this! A very nice balcony allowing afternoon beers reading the book! I would not mind spending more time at this place :).
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
No hot lunch anywhere.... Make sure you find a plce providing you with a sandwich or similar, regardless it is difficult to get a hot meal for lunch,

Nice little hotel
Picked this hotel because price was less than most that were close to Porto Cervo. Pleasantly surprised with hotel. Very new and nicely decorated. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. But the advertised 500 meters to Porto Cervo is underestimated. We walked (down the highway) once to the new marina (abount 2 miles). The main part of town was further. Great hotel -- but you need a car to get around.
