Sligo’s Best Hotel
If you’re looking for a chic, comfortable stay, in the midst of city centre, look no further. We loved the hotel and room decor; the front desk staff was HUGELY helpful with directions, suggestions, and storing our luggage upon check-out. This hotel made a return trip to Sligo immensely appealing for me!

Great shopping locally; I spent several hours exploring little shops and larger dept stores--picking up gifts for family and clothes for myself.

Best Hotel in Ireland
We stayed in a different hotel every night on our 14 day trip. The Glasshouse was far and away the best. The front desk employees were eager to go out of their way to accommodate us. If you are anywhere near Sligo, stay there.

Best in Sligo
If you are going to be in Sligo for pleasure, stay here. On the river, close to everything, and the whimsical color schemes will keep you upbeat as you explore western Ireland.
Traveler's tip on dining
The restaurant is good (lamb is great) but walk upstream on the river walk and find a great steakhouse/pub and enjoy the local flavor.
