Awful Customer Service
The clerk at the front desk was rude and it took him more then an hour just to check us in!!! I guess it was the worse hotel experience I had for a long time.

My husband and I arrived early to Oakland and wanted to see San Francisco without lugging around our luggage. The staff allowed us to check in early w/o charging us an extra fee. The staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly and professional...

Good Hotel for the money
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel.It was very nice for the money and the airport shuttle was good.We would stay at this hotel again.
