WORST HOTEL STAY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!
Do yourself a favor and do not book here! I don’t even know where to begin. Staff is not knowledgeable and no one is on the same page. Had to pay more of a pet fee than I was quoted over the phone. The so called "full breakfast" was awful...do not eat! Fitness facility was dingy and small. Internet connection never worked in hotel due to poor signals. Staff kept telling us they would check into it but never did. Only one computer worked in their "so called business center" and someone was always on it. All rooms are entered from outside premises and outside area was always filthy full of trash. Television picture fuzzy, picture unclear and iron didn’t even get warm. This place needs a major overhaul. Management very unprofessional and hotel poorly ran.
