What a pain
The staff was very difficult. Called to find out if we needed credit card at time of check in since the room was already paid for and they said no. But to my friends surprise when she got their they would not let here check in without card. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Not impressed
The hotel was just ok. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Although, when we got there the room reeked of cleaner, we had to open a window to air it out. You could write your name in the grime on the side of the pool. The first night the pool was warmer then the hot tub.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Copshaholm tour at the Studebaker museum was amazing! Would recommend it to everyone if you like old mansions with history. Also, the South Bend Chocolate Factory was a neat place to visit/tour.
