Its an old hotel,,
The hotel did not have an elevator, so if you had the second floor (which we did) you have to carry your own bags. Hotel staff in not freindly,,its just not a 4 star hotel,,,I think you need to re-evaluate your rating!!!

Getting Old
Hotel was ok when I last stayed, but this time I could see it’s getting old. Wireless service is very slow and hard to get the ip number. Overall, it’s still ok but needs some renovation soon.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Old Mesilla is an excellent place to visit. You need to be there early because most stores close at 5pm. El Comodore is the best mexican restaurant. La Posta is worth to visit to see tropical birds and fishes inside.
