A friendly home-like hotel.
Hotel with nearby bus service. Beautiful view of Lugano from terrace. Breakfast and dinner served at the hotel if you choose to eat there.

Will try another hotel in Lugano next time
The hotel is far to the city center. You have to take a taxi all the time. Also the lake view is not possible. The rooms and furniture are all old and need renovation. However the staff is very friendly and kind.

Did not give us the confirmed room size
This property is more accurately described as a converted residential property than a hotel. Had reserved a triple room and upon arrival were told that only a double room was available. "Panoramic view" from the second-floor balcony had us looking at kitchen supplies and kitchen trash. The garden was strewn with old furniture that belong to a junk yard. Rooms smelled moldy.
