lacking but cheap
my only real complaint is the bathroom design. I am 5’8" and had to open the cabinet doors underneath the sink in order to accomodate my knees so that I could sit on the toilet facing forward (this might not be the case with other rooms at the hotel). a pedestal sink in the corner of the bathroom near the towel rack would be better and there is room for one, so I’m no sure what happened here. there is no ice machine but you can get ice from the front desk until 8pm when they go off duty. the carpet in the foyer, hallway, and on the stairs looks like Albert herded buffalo on it, but the place is cheap compared to the nice hotels downtown.

Old style, if you like it that way
Clean, but no electrical outlet in bathroom. Floors creeked all the time, in room and halls. Front doors and office is closed during the night; no one around after 10pm. Felt like I was stepping back into early 1900’s. Needed more than one small wastebasket, especially in bathroom. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Great location.

Perfect location. A block from the main shopping & restaurant street. Easy walking distance to all four theatres.
