Staff Shortage
Showed up on a busy weekend with reservations made over a week in advance. Given keys to a room that was currently occupied by other hotel guests. Staff was not knowledgeable of how such a mistake was made. Shortage of rooms due to boiler problem, so they offered to transfer us to another hotel or to a bedroom with less beds. Expedia ended up comping a night, which made the experience better. Overall unsatisfied with the hotel, but very satisfied with Expedia!

Great Value
It had a nice breakfast with make your own waffles and biscuits and gravy and hard boiled eggs one day or eggs and bacon (all microwaveable of course). They also had a variety of breads.
