Old and Worn, but Welcoming and Comfortable
This house, built in 1900, is showing its age - both inside and especially outside. But Al and Susie are wonderful hosts, the room was clean and well appointed, and the breakfasts were first rate. We had a fantastic time and felt very much at home. The location also serves as a great homebase for exploring both the town of Napa and the Valley wineries.

Disappointing
The building and grounds required extensive renovation. The room was large and spacious, but the bedding was course and makeshift and lighting barely adequate. Was a new bathroom, but stoppers didn’t work and hair dryer needed replacing. The only thing excellent was the location. You could tell that at one time this facility was at least a 4-star B & B. Unfortunately it is not now!
