Ad was misleading. The motel isn’t on the Lake.
Room was cramped and run down. Shower had very little hot water or water pressure.

Bear Mountain has better skiing. Check if road is open before you leave.

disappointment
The "cabins" are nothing like the picture on the internet and they have worse than Goodwill second hand store furniture and 1902 mattresses.Nothing against Expedia they prossesed my reservation great

functional and clean and close to the slopes
Small rooms but clean and functional - friendly and helpful staff. A good place to stay if you are in big bear for the skiing or snowboarding not really for hanging at the hotel since the rooms are small and theres not a great view.
