Overall excellent.
Quiet. Conveninent. Comfortable. The bathtub was dirty. I was unable to clean it myself. I think it was stained.

free dinner with beer/wine!
we were traveling with two babies, so we wanted to stay where a kitchenette was available. well, we ended up not having to use the kitchenette at all, since this hotel provides free hot breakfast buffet AND free hot dinner buffet with draft beer and wine! we saved soooo much money!! staff were friendly, the room was clean (except for the bread crumbs that were on the counter) and the pool was enjoyable.
