Not impressed
The place is not bad, but not that good either. I found MUCH better for the same price. The location is just OVER a freeway exit, and some rooms are facing it. Pool is not very inviting, I would recommend it only if you need to find a place to sleep and leave in the morning. Free parking is good, but don’t think you can load up for the day with breakfast.

A gem near the airport
the manager is outstandingly helpful, and the free shuttle driver was very nice. You get free internet shuttle and breakfast. There is a pool but we did not use it.The room has a fridge and was quiet despite being next to a busy road. And the price is very moderate. It looks uninviting from the outside but the interior is fine and the staff super.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
we got picked up from the hotel to go to Universal studios as we had no car on the last day of our stay. We used Starlines but there are others. This was worth the 30 extra dollars on top of the ticket price.
