Not Impressed
If you want thick dust on the wood furniture and bathroom fixtures, no stoppers in the sink or bath drain, a bed too high to climb into, stale three-day-old pastries sitting out without refrigeration, and skimpy cold breakfast food, stay here. I saw the hostess when I checked in. No one was there afterward.

Going back in time to Old Pasadena
Very friendly innkeeper and staff. Breakfast on the weekend was suppose to be a light fare, but it was anything but....excellent variety, including a quiche that was out of this world. Tea time at night was also homemade treats and wine to top off the evening as we drank in the library of the mansion.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
South Pasadena a somewhat long walk to the restaurants and Old Pasadena you need a car. We didn’t check out public transportation, so that could be something to investigate

Interesting Victorian House
Good location. Room small but okay. Good breakfasts. Congenial hostess.
